Rogue Pacific Wagyu has two cows being processed currently. We have about half of one of the animals on allocation for our restaurant!
This brings up the current situation that we are in a fight to bring the curve down. We hope to welcome guests back to MAS before we get this prized beef but let's be honest that might not happen for the safety of our community.
May 10th is the proposed date the beef will be ready to be picked up in Gold Beach. What we would like to do is offer this beef on our MAS MARKET page. Portioned and vacuum sealed 100% wagyu beef from Gold Beach, OR. Here are the cuts we are getting: Chuck, Tri-Tip, Short Ribs, Tongue, Cheeks, and Ribeye.
